- Are the written specifications delivered to the worker as well as the criteria used by

- Are deviations from specifications frequently permitted? Specifications Adequacy
- Are standards for visual defects visible in the work area? Specifications Interpretation
- Does the worker know how to use the product? Knowledge of Product
- Does the worker know the effect on future operations and product performance in
case the specification is not achieved? Non Conformances Impact
Appropriate people selection and training
- Does the personnel selection process adequately link the worker's skills with
the job requirements? People Selection Criteria
- Has the worker been adequately trained to understand the specification and follow the
steps necessary to fulfill it? People Training
- Has the worker been evaluated through tests or other means to see if he is qualified? People Qualification
